If a part is returned in its original, unopened packaging, 10% of the price will be charged. If the package is opened, 20% will be charged.

We provide a 12-month warranty on all our spare parts. The warranty covers defects caused by a faulty spare part but does not cover normal wear or external damage. If a product has a shorter warranty period, this is specified in the quotation or price offer. The warranty applies only if the part has been installed and used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
