Electrical limit values are measured, and tests with maximum load and heat tests are performed where relevant.
We offer an exchange system for refurbished and used parts. You get a better price if you return your used and broken spare part within 30 days. Please note that the returned spare part must be in a condition that allows for repair and must not have been subjected to failed repair attempts. The spare part must be delivered as a unit; parts returned in multiple pieces or with missing components are not accepted as repairable.
In general, spare parts are delivered with a one-year warranty. The warranty applies if an error occurs because a defective spare part was delivered. The warranty does not cover wear or external damage.
