All returned parts undergo thorough inspection and testing to ensure they meet quality standards.
To be accepted, the returned part must be repairable and contain all necessary components. Parts damaged by failed repair attempts or missing key components will not be accepted. If a part is returned in its original, unopened packaging, 10% of the price will be charged. If the package is opened, 20% will be charged.
Our system ensures we always have spare parts in stock while reducing electronic waste through reuse.
We provide a 12-month warranty on all our spare parts. The warranty covers defects caused by a faulty spare part but does not cover normal wear or external damage. If a product has a shorter warranty period, this is specified in the quotation or price offer. The warranty applies only if the part has been installed and used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
